The Situation

The client was seeking a patient services consultant to help address capacity and capability gaps in their product launch team. They needed a pharmaceutical industry veteran with expertise in patient segmentation and stratification analysis to guide the organization through a successful launch of this first-in-class muscular dystrophy gene therapeutic drug.

The Solution

The client onboarded an independent consultant from the Graphite network, with several years of highly relevant work experience with product launches at Abbvie, and in drug distribution while working at Walgreens Boots Alliance. The consultant brought deep expertise in patient data analytics using IQVIA/IMS, Lexis Nexis, Syphony data, and data visualization using Tableau.
