The Results

The pharmaceutical company hired an independent consultant on Graphite with over 15 years of experience in supply chain and digital transformation to integrate a digital supply chain for sourcing, procurement, and demand and supply planning.This project involved facilitating business process mapping sessions with stakeholders, documenting process flows in Miro and Visio tools, identifying process pain points and root causes and key process dependencies, hand-offs between stakeholders and technology dependencies and working with clients to prioritize solutions and develop an implementation plan and roadmap.
