-Early stage Commercial Due Diligence
-Client considering acquisitions of two different companies in an adjacent building products category
-Needs to get better understanding of the attractiveness of the market opportunity at the category level & test investment theses for each of the specific acquisition targets
-Key issue is how consumer buying preferences are evolving in building products overall and this category specifically with respect to online sources of product info and purchasing online

Approach and Scope:
-Voice of Customer interviews (primary research following an open-ended interview guide) with:
-Showrooms, Home centers, Architects/builders
-Competitor research (secondary and primary research)
-Design and execute a short web based survey with:
-Showrooms, home centers, Consumers

Additional Notes
We are looking for junior resources to support this work - we will only consider consultants with less than 5 years of experience
