We are a services firm that also sells a number of software solutions. We've grown very quickly and our cost structure has become too high and our product portfolio too complex. Our growth potential is significant, especially as we transition from our legacy services model into a software (SaaS) model, targeting higher multiples. If funding can be obtained, this can be a multi-year role and maybe take over the CEO spot (I'm better as a COO).
Our greatest weaknesses are: (1) CEO is also "in the field" so no one is running the firm; (2) We suffered from a failed acquisition (of us); and (3) We've never been properly capitalized.
