Training Platform Build for Clinical Research Organization

Technically the global patient enrollment/retention arm of a large CRO, we're looking for an experienced consultant to develop a robust training platform for new and existing hires. We currently do not have any truly developed training methodologies in place, so would like to build out a full suite of learning modules teaching our business, industry best practices, hard skills (Excel, Powerpoint, negotiation), career development, etc.

This will be an involved process where we need the entire platform developed cross-functionally according to industry best practices. The duration will be somewhere between 6-9 months, and candidates local to the Philadelphia are are highly preferred.
