Finance & Accounting - M&A Transaction Readiness
A newly established corporate finance advisory shop in Downtown Toronto is hiring two investment bankers at the VP and Associate levels on part-time basis to assist with M&A advisory, LBOs, project finance advisory, capital structuring, debt restructuring and capital raising mandates to be pitched for. The firm will cover real estate, technology, telecom, infrastructure, oil & gas and energy in Canada and the Middle East. The firm also aims to advise Canadian clients on M&A opportunities in the US, so in addition to Canadian applicants, applicants in the US with deep knowledge of opportunities in that market are also welcome and encouraged.
The firm is in the business development stage and aside from work on specific mandates, the two hires will initially assist with marketing the firm's services to potential clients through drafting teasers and pitch books.
Rates (negotiable) are US$ 90/hour for VP level with 10+ years experience, and US$ 70/hour for Associates with 4+ years.
