Corporate Strategy & Development
We are looking for a consultant to join us in a critical effort for developing a Talent Acquisition strategy for a Chicago-based hospitality company. We are looking for an individual who has a command of Talent Acquisition trends and strategies and has successfully implemented talent acquisition within Global and/or Multinational companies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-- Key leader and contributor for multiple projects across several clients, with a focus on delivering high value and client impact.
-- Design and deliver progressive learning experiences and programs that drive learning culture and increase organizational outcomes for our clients.
-- Develop short and long-term talent acquisition strategies, including facilitating client sessions and workshops to bring our clients into key engagements.
-- Perform project management for multiple client engagements, and identify opportunities to step into increasing responsibility.
-- Consult a wide range of client organizations from large-scale commercial organizations to start-ups.
-- Interface with client leads and become a trusted advisor or confidant to the client.
-- Prepare presentations for both client delivery and internal practice development using PowerPoint and Google Slides.
BASE REQUIREMENTS
-- Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience and 7 - 10+ years Talent Acquisition Strategy and Implementation experience in a global or multinational environment.
-- Ability to design comprehensive talent acquisition strategies using today's foremost trends in Talent Acquisition - experience in RPO, agencies, sourcing, flex models, and perspective on both corporate and field talent acquisition, etc.
-- Proven ability to demonstrate core consulting skills, including building client and internal presentations, project management, research and benchmarking, etc.
-- Experience with curriculum and instructional design, adult learning theory and principles, engagement and gamification products

Additional Notes
- Preferred experience in Hospitality- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Ppt, Word, Excel) and Google Suite products (Slides, Docs, Sheets)
