We are looking for contract strategy consultants to join a Transformation Management Office (TMO) project. This resource will help streamline efforts across a wide range of leaders, teams, and resources providing clarity on the engagement and larger transformation.
Roles and responsibilities of a TMO resource include:
- A clear vision of how the organization is changing and knowledge/understanding of the timeframe in which the transformation is to happen
- Defining the transformation, setting goals, and overseeing ongoing investments
- Understanding and overseeing work intake, prioritization, classification, and resourcing
- Reporting and forecasting
- Understanding and enabling teams to improve how they deliver their goals and address/overcome roadblocks
- Change management & comms
Key skills required:
- Core consulting skills – research, analysis, storytelling, and synthesis; strong communication skills
- Management experience to help drive the project and process, quality control deliverables and develop the content too
- Ability to work agilely in ambiguous situations
- Must be able to work independently and with a team – willingness to roll up your sleeves and dive into content
- Must have strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
