Client will require the On-Demand worker to have insurance and sign standard documents (e.g. NDA, IP Assignment).
Project Background
VP of Enterprise Architecture has identified story telling as an area of development that directors on her team could benefit from. Objective is to upskill her team to tell more compelling, concise, and effective stories that will ultimately enable them to deliver content more quickly and effectively across the business to achieve bespoke outcomes.
Client has professional development objectives for their leaders and this engagement would support their development specific to storytelling and persuasive communications.
Work Product
Live, virtual, storytelling training program for 24 Directors from the IT team for 20-24 Directors from the IT - Enterprise Architecture team. Would include crafting stories and creating powerful slides decks to communicate them. Client is open to different curricula and session length and quantity.
Requirements of the training:
Leaders are engaged during sessions which will promote retention and application of the curricula. Leaders will have a model they can follow with which to develop their own stories and presentations. Our leaders will more quickly and effectively be able accomplish outcomes through the use of powerful story telling techniques.
Tasks & Deliverables
· Storytelling trainings delivered via Microsoft Teams for 20-24 leaders
