An expert who has consolidated or 'rolled-up' independent consultants. For example, you've taken a bunch of small consultants in a field and brought them under one roof. We need someone who has designed deal structures for how to buy or partner with independent, small consultants. This could be someone who has rolled up accountants, or lawyers -- what equity do you give? what fees? what comp? revenue sharing? How do you design these deals?
Additional Notes
Looking for someone who has designed comp, equity and M&A relationships with consultants -- e.g., in the accounting or legal. Someone who has brought multiple individual consultants under one umbrella
