Small Leveraged Buyout Template

We are seeking a leveraged buyout template tailored to our typical transaction profile ($1-3M EBITDA asset sale, senior + seller financing, preferred equity). We are looking to build a model that can accommodate 5 years of historical financials and 10 years of projections. Naturally, key inputs should be dynamic and easy to adjust (that's the whole point in fact, we are tired of doing things the static way ourselves).

The model will include at least:
-income statements
-balance sheets
-cash flow statements
-financial ratio/covenant analysis
-returns analysis

In the past we've either hacked together models or started from scratch but not built with "scalability" in mind. With your help, we want to design a template that can serve as a base model for future deals.
