OpenDoor Trading, LLC (ODT) is an early stage ECN currently in discussions w/a strategic partner (call Uniciorn). JV needs to be structured so ODT is able to utilize Unicorn's b/d to transact U.S. Treasury business generated on ODT's auction-based platform. ODT will also leverage Unicorn's basic infrastructure (HR, Compliance, Legal, Accounting, Payroll, Documentation, Admin support and the like) and need access to Unicorn's accounts already "papered" in the fixed income space.
