Senior Business Analyst to Support Boutique Consulting Firm

I am looking for a Senior Business analyst local to Calgary that has at least 5 years of Microsoft Dynamic AX/365 experience. If you are not local to Calgary you must be willing to cover your own travel expenses.

Key Tasks:
-Analyzes user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements.
-Provides training to various operations personnel for Dynamics 365
-Possesses expert knowledge and experience in the requirements and business processes.
-Works with finance, operations and ERP project team determining training requirements and plans.
-Detects inefficiencies or conflicts in systems and processes and helps to identify effective improvements.
-Facilitates communications between Stakeholders, SME’s and Technical staff.
-Troubleshooting and user support.
-Documenting user training documents, new process flows, etc.
-Working knowledge of procure to pay processes and procurement and sourcing module.
-Working knowledge of project management and accounting module
