Support for a sell side investment banking assignment for a healthcare focused advisory and private equity firm. The Senior Associate/VP will be involved in all aspects of the preparation of marketing material and, if available, throughout the engagement including buyer meetings and negotiation. Opportunity to transition to permanent position involving private equity investment activity.
