We have raw data, and a rough idea of these metrics, but we need a more accurate assessment of:
• Average CAC
• Average customer retention cost (how much it costs to retain a client each month)
• Average LTV
• Which pricing plans are the least/most profitable
• A model for the impact that any pricing adjustments would have
