I need a private equity associate to help me with commercial diligence on a small SaaS business that i'm in discussions to acquire. Will need help building a pro-forma integration/projections model, some help with market diligence/customer calls, as well as assembling a powerpoint/word document summarizing our findings.

Ideal person will have completed an associate program in middle market PE firm and is currently Sr. Associate/VP. Transaction experience is a must and preference for biz services/software experience. Preferred Skills and Certifications
