Private equity firm seeking assistance with updating investment materials for a contemplated crossover investment (~$75M). 'Bring forward' previous Fund I investment memo, synthesize existing financial models, and create new IM. Transaction is in the power sector (G,T,D) and investee has multiple underlying assets. Previously created collateral with respect to the initial investment (~$50M), underlying assets, and go-forward pipeline are all available.

Ideal person has strong knowledge of power sector/infrastructure, excellent financial modeling abilities, is capable of synthesizing complex inputs, and can interact with managing partners of the fund Preferred Skills and Certifications
