Corporate Strategy & Development - Ongoing Strategy Support
We have the body of content for our pitch books, and need to make sure we are including and omitting the proper material.

We have two initial pitch books (12 and 18 pages). They would have graphics worked, a table of contents and costs and pro-forma added.

Our observations/questions:

Which one of the two is preferable for initial contact?

Should we initially include costs and pro forma, or is the simple financial summary enough to entice a prospect investor to ask for more info?

Please state any other feedback and observations.

We also have content for our follow-up presentation (30 page). We ultimately want to condense it to what prospect equity partners need/want to see.

We need overall feedback on the content.

Also thoughts on the overall approach we’re taking on sending the initial pitch book, then the longer presentation.

Any other critique is more than welcome.

On another note, we will eventually need full financials either done or reviewed.

We are currently focused on targeting the local "Workforce" Segment, which has seen surging demand due to an extremely high rent affordability ratio in the area.
