Restaurant Acquisition

Start/end date flexible. I am trying to evaluate a potential acquisition. The acquirer is a public restaurant company owned by a private equity firm. The target is a small-cap restaurant company. I need to evaluate a potential strategic acquisition and rationalize which target makes the most sense and why. This is a hands on role and needs to be performed in person to walk through the process. However, the location is flexible.
