Finance & Accounting - Financial Due Diligence
I am looking to invest in 6-10 public REIts. I have narrowed down my choices to 12 REITs and am looking for someone to help me dig deeper into these companies public information. You must be able to understand the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statements of these companies. After reviewing all 12 REITs, I'd want you to be able to give me an opinion of the company's overall strength. An analyst who has worked at a REIT or hedge fund would be an ideal candidate.
