Looking for a full financial model (P&L, BS, Cash Flow, Debt Schedule and Waterfall) of a mezzanine debt real estate private equity fund.

The fund aims is to purchase, rehab, leverage, lease, manage, refinance, and/or sell targeted single family residential houses, by forming single purpose vehicles and holding the stabilized assets for 3 to 5 years. The fund assumes cash interest and an equity stake in each investment.

I am not sure if this is detailed enough, but please feel free to ask any questions now or during the project.
