We need an experienced professional to quality check a financial licensing model in excel.
The model forecasts multiple scenarios for a molecule currently in Phase II clinical development. The scenarios include sublicensing participation; tiered royalties; possible IPO to finance pivotal trials; probabilities of technical success for each phase of development depending on who controls the molecule at that phase; and a market model for the disease area forecast.
The successful candidate will have experience modeling licensing deals in biotechnology and be familiar with all of the provisions listed above.
