Project Overview

Finance & Accounting - Accounting Software Implementation
Creation and manipulation of a simple LBO/integrated financial model (e.g., capital structure, financial statements, credit ratio analysis) for use in soliciting senior and subordinated financing from lenders to support a sale/merger of a PE-owned portfolio company. There may be follow-on work with the model as we refine the capital structure based on feedback from prospective lenders, as well as some work merging the financial model into our PowerPoint financing presentation. We can provide the baseline model we have used historically but are happy to consider other templates and formats if you are more comfortable with something you know well already. Familiarity with percentage of completion accounting (e.g., balance sheet accounts such as overbillings, underbillings, etc.) is a plus but not a prerequisite.
Additional Notes
2-4 years of M&A, leveraged finance, and/or private equity is ideal background for this project. NYC location an advantage but not a requirement, especially with regard to additional work on Lockheed
