Summary CIM for a manufacturing company (powerpoint format). Prefer nice graphics / photos rather than text-heavy. The purpose of the CIM is for a debt raise (not full M&A process) so this is an overview / background to share with lenders - more akin to a management presentation format. We will provide an example document and a fair amount of materials from the Company. We will also provide the financials (so no modeling per-se, but perhaps some formatting).
