Project Blue Sky - Real Estate Refinance Modeling

Need an experienced real estate finance professional that can model i) historical income statement and balance sheet ii) deal structure assumptions (sources/uses of funds, add backs, adjustments, etc) iii) go-forward five year income statement and balance sheet iv) returns to equity v) relevant bank debt pay down and covenants. Having real estate deal structure experience is important. It is also important to have existing model templates that we can use. The project is refinancing the debt and equity of a boutique hotel and hospitality property.
