Private Equity Associate - Short-term role

We are seeking a part-time Associate to join our small investment team. We are incredibly busy right now and need immediate help evaluating a few deal opportunities. This role will be flexible on hours and it will depend on a few impending deal processes that we are currently evaluating. This could be a short engagement, lasting a few weeks or a longer engagement spanning a 3-4 months. The timing will be known within the next few weeks as we gain more clarity on a few of our deal processes. The candidate must reside in NYC. The Associate will be a value-added member of our investment team, providing transaction support to the Partners.
