Need to create a pitch deck for potential real estate investors looking to make social impact investments. I have a basic storyboard and research reports that can be used as sources for data. Targeting +/- 15 slides for final presentation. As part of this presentation, also looking for some basic thinking on optimal size of fund and minimum investments.
Additional Notes
Ideal professional has Management Consulting and Private Equity background. Real Estate experience a plus. Need to take rudimentary deck and create flow w/data-driven charts. Preferred Skills and Certifications
