Patient Interview Work for Pharma Company

We are currently seeking two life sciences and/or pharma consultants to help conduct physician interviews. These consultants will need to debrief the information from these interviews and input it into an Excel database/repository that we will create. We already have a survey/questionnaire created which will allow the consultant to have a structured talking track. Interview targets are Auto-inflammatory diseases (AIDs) specialists, non-AID specialists, Nurses.

1)First Role: NL/Dutch speaker for physician interviews
- 20 Phone Interviews

2)Second Role:DE/German speaker for physician interviews
- 32 Phone Interviews

Requirements for both Roles:
- Conduct interviews
- Recruit/Find the right people to interview
- Life sciences and/or pharma experience
- Phone interview will each be 60 minutes. Interview targets are Autoinflammatory diseases (AIDs) specialists, non-AID specialists, Nurses.
- Needs to be available for the entire EU daytime (some possibly earlier, or evening if an MD must),
- Capability to call NL/DE phone numbers (and ideally have a local phone as well in case the MD needs to callback).


Timeline for Both Roles:
- They are to be completed within the month of November (so starting interviews on Nov 2), prior to this we would have them execute email recruitment (so next week) (and calling if required).

Duration: 1 1/2 months - 30 - 40 hours a week (Large amount of hours upfront and then lesser ours towards the tail-end of engagement)
Location: Remote (preferably remote EU based consultants)
Budget: $120/hr (wiggle room on this)
