We are a small furniture business with design, sourcing and manufacturing, shipping & logistics and delivery services.
We're looking for a junior to mid-level Controller with a finance/accounting background to help support our business and oversee the whole process from a financial standpoint.
Responsibilities include: Oversee Bookkeeper. Manage Quickbooks, accounts payable and receivable. Manage Record Keeping. Oversee customer pricing and profits. Financial statements and budgeting. Human Resources.
We are a startup, so we are ideally looking for someone that has a good understanding of startups who is comfortable operating in Excel
**Candidates based in the tri-state area who can come into our Manhattan office on a regular basis is preferred

Must be proficient in Excel with at least some understanding of the importing business. Ideally has experience working in a startup environment and/or experience working with a sales team Preferred Background
