Part-time CFO - SaaS provider of Talent Acquisition Solutions

We're seeking a part-time CFO that will report directly to the CEO and serve as the financial business partner to the Executive Team. The idea candidate values a flexible work schedule and wishes to work 15 to 20 hours per week.

What you’ll do:
• Improve our finance and account function by providing timely and accurate analysis of our financial planning and analysis and financial reporting.
• Help us develop improved budgeting to make sure we are not overspending.
• Perform deep analysis on important SaaS metrics that help us focus on the right things.
• Helping coordinate any capital raises and the due diligence process.

Experience we’d like to see you have:
• Previous experience in a VP Finance or CFO position at SaaS businesses that have raised both equity and debt funding.
• Degree in finance or accounting.
• Certified Public Accountants preferred.
• Distinctive finance and accounting experience within diversified organizations.
