COMPANY / ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are a rapidly-expanding film and entertainment company, based in NYC. We are looking for a part-time CFO with a background in private equity investing.

**The role will require approximately two days per week on-site with occasional remote work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning & Budgeting
- Act as a strategic business partner to senior management
- Prepare annual budget and re-budgets, as appropriate (3+9, 6+6, and 9+3)
- Prepare long-term forecasts to support strategic planning and fundraising
- Conduct various business analyses to drive decision-making
Capital Raising
- Assist in executing (financial analysis and deal documentation) equity and debt financings
Financial & KPI Reporting
- Work alongside Controller to ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial (US GAAP-based) & KPI reporting for senior management, the board, investors, and lenders
- Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, and tools
