Part-Time Associate needed for Management & Investment Partnership Platform

We are a management & investment partnership platform focused on the execution & oversight of qualifying investment opportunities. As a partner, our participation starts early in the deal life cycle allowing us to very closely guide the direction & structure of the resulting business. We then see the project through the typical deal cycle of building out the management team, preparing for market, execution of financing, & long term business oversight post-financing.

We are looking for a part-time associate to start immediately to assist the deal team with all aspects of the development & execution of management partnership projects.

Responsibilities include:
-due diligence on potential projects
-prep of extensive decks for potential transactions
-development of 3 statement financial models for corp/project financing & M&A
-collection & normalization of business financial data
-conducting industry, company & historical transaction research
-capital source research & outreach
