We are doing an industry / positioning piece in the Packaging Industry. As part of that we need some research and analytics completed regarding the industry and competitors: competitive landscape, public comps, M&A comps, profiles of the top acquirors. We would also like a better understanding of the sustainable packaging segment of the industry (competitors, offerings, technologies, M&A, etc.). This work is part business analysis & consulting and part valuation (comps).
Additional Notes
The ideal candidate would have both consulting (industry and competitive analysis) and investment banking experience (public and M&A comps). Either experience could work for this assignment. Preferred Skills and Certifications
