Our client is a niche organisation, focused on developing individual well being by providing yoga, meditation, conscious breathing and related services, in Johannesburg South Africa.
Our objective is to develop an online marketing plan, including:
1) Research the urban wellness market to identify broad consumer trends & preferences and drawing on insights from innovative wellness providers (a targeted survey could be used, to complement this preliminary desktop research)
2) Facilitate a value-proposition design session (note: some work has been done in this area, by the client)
3) Draw-up an online marketing plan, which together with onsite marketing activities, would help drive pilot adoption of their services by consumers
4) Suggest which marketing metrics / OKR's could be used to gauge progress
