Looking for a former software developer turned consultant. ***MUST have software experience***
* Unique, one-of-a-kind opportunity to lead game changing transformation to bring about fundamental changes in how software is developed.
- apply core software engineering principles to radically improve the quality of delivery
- shape strategies to catapult the organization into a forward looking, innovative technology leader
* DURATION: 9 weeks with potential for 8-12 weeks extension based on performance
* SCOPE: 3 Workstreams -
- Best Practice Activation: Shape roadmaps for & stand up best practice teams to institute best in class SDLC, delivery, quality & product architecture
- Change Management: Effect mindset shift & adoption through integrated program for the entire organization
- Strategic Counsel: Work closely with C-level leadership to analyze & provide counsel on strategic initiatives across the company and IT

Additional Notes
- Strong mgmt. consulting and software experience is a MUST- IT and S/Ware dev. background (as mgmt. consultant or industry / startup / other experience)
