Market Research Objective: Understand the needs of target user organizations for a new procurement solution that enables a real-time, 360-degree view of an organizations procurement activity.

LUPR is a procurement application built on Salesforce.com’s Force.com platform. As such, the software has social, mobile, and inter-organization (buyer - supplier) collaborative capabilities that have the potential to upend the current staid market for procurement solutions. In its present form, LUPR helps organizations manage and resolve issues with suppliers and provides a dashboard-like view of supplier performance. We seek to understand what capabilities are most sought after and appealing to our target market so we can develop and implement the most relevant features in LUPR’s future releases.

Experienced marketing professional in the software (especially SAAS software) industry. Excellent analytical and communications skills. Able to have peer to peer conversations with executives.
