Market Mapping Analysis for PE backed aerial firefighting company

We need some mapping analysis done. 250 square mile radius around Austin, TX; Chattanooga, TN and Lake City, FL. We need to know the number of lakes and rivers that have 1.25 miles of open, straight water. In addition to that, we need to know the number of airports in that radius that have 2,000 foot runways and 2,500 foot runways. Output would be a map of each location with these these locations “marked” somehow. Ideally different color “pins”. In addition to that, I’d like an aggregate listing of the number of each of these categories: How many of each type.

We’re a PE backed company that is in the aerial fire fighting business. Our aircraft can scoop water off lakes and rivers and drop on the fire and keep doing that loop for 3.5 hours. We can operate from any airfield with at least 2,000 feet of runway, leaving “unloaded” and 2,500 foot runways “loaded” with 800 gallons of water.
