Manufacturing Innovation Support for Dept. of Defense

-A consulting firm with a focus on supply chain & federal government work is looking for a number of resources (6+) to assist with a manufacturing innovation project for the Department of Defense to support its Manufacturing Technology program.
-Looking for a contractor who has a technical program management background and has previous exposure working with or for one (or more) of the following Manufacturing Innovation Institutes:

AFFOA
ARM
BioFabUSA
America Makes
NextFlex
AIM
MxD
LIFT
BioIndustrial

-These subject matter experts shall provide technical expertise in the focus areas of the Manufacturing Innovation Institutes (MIIs) and shall support the institute engagements with DoD, their commercialization efforts, and support analysis of their business models. They will engage with the Government Program Manager from within one of the Military Services and their support team and communicate to the ManTech Program Director on potential opportunities, challenges, and successes of their assigned MII. The liaisons shall identify Government collaboration opportunities for the MIIs and provide support during quarterly program reviews.
-Project would be split between remote and on-site work at the specific locations of the Manufacturing Innovation Institutes (pending Covid on-site restrictions).

**This project is expected to be about a 15-20 hour/week commitment per resource for 1 year.
**Project will kick off early January 2021.
**Budget flexible based on experience.
