Operations - Manufacturing Improvements
Looking for an experienced manufacturing consultant to improve Automation process (defined as taking pills in canisters and placing them in punch thru “bingo cards” as well as taking pre-packed “bingo cards” and labeling them with specific patient info) for a large pharmacy corporation.

Automation currently is impaired with low OEE’s, lack of holistically skilled workforce, and lack of standardized training and operational procedures. Goal of the project is to remedy these and improve automation performance primarily regarding output of finished patient cards per hour and optimization of ODEII equipment. The final test of success will be post-project seeing if the site maintains the improvements (and if not, why not).

Project should kick off end Q1/early Q2 and will potentially extend beyond the 3 month estimate as changes are monitored. Also, the consultant must be able to come onsite for proper training and behavioral change review (likely to be Chicago but potentially Tampa).

Strong manufacturing background both w/i industry (e.g. Toyota, United Technologies) and top operational consulting (e.g. McKinsey Ops, AT Kearney)
