The need is for an experienced banker/analyst to build a valuation and LBO model specifically in the network and application security software security sector. Candidate should be familiar with the comparable companies and be able to model each company using various methodologies (DCF, LBO, Precedent transactions, EBITDA, etc). Helpful if candidate has access to data sources. This is an immediate start.
