M&A Support
Private equity portfolio company in the outsourced labor services industry needs an experienced consultant or financial executive with experience in M&A diligence and integration.
Key duties include:
• Managing operational aspects of acquisition process
• Working with management team to develop pro forma acquisition P&L and capital requirements
• Working with management team to develop integration plan
• Act as driver/project manager of integration plan

Opportunity for a longer term business improvement/change management role for the right candidate.

Travel requirements: Work can generally be performed remotely, with occasional travel to Florida and mid-Atlantic.
