Experience working in or leading an IT workstream
Familiar with TSAs
Expertise in assessing technology, either apps or infrastructure
Apps: familiar with SAP, knowledge of Cloud ERPs (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP)
Infrastructure: familiar with integrations, hosting, data management
Experience calculating one-time costs and run-rate costs for IT
Nice to have: buy-side M&A transaction experience; familiar with Private Equity
