We need a professional with experience supporting the CFO during an M&A process. The ideal candidate has worked in the internal finance organization of a corporate engaged in M&A. This person will understand how to work directly with a CFO to support her work getting the diligence materials produce d and delivered to the bankers.

This is basic support, coordination, and leadership. Experience with quickbooks and NetSuite is ideal but not necessary. The client is a global film & tv producer, so experience in the media sector a plus but not critical.
