Logo Designer

Looking for a designer to help us design a secondary logo used on consumer products in various product categories. We will want this consultant to create a logo / seal for us on behalf of one of our clients. This engagement is going to be capped around 15 hours and we would want the consultant to provide us with all files and ownership of the design regardless of what state it is in when we hit the 15 hour cap. Also, if we agree to go over the cap that will ultimately be our decision but up for discussion.
