Loan Portfolio Monitoring Support for Investment Advisory Firm

We are looking for someone with 5 years professional experience in financial analysis, commercial lending and loan portfolio monitoring to analyze quarterly loan performance data to monitor portfolios of loans to nonprofit organizations and financial intermediaries. Aggregate portfolios under management currently represent less than 25 loans to organizations located in urban and rural areas around the U.S. S/he will fill in templates designed to track loan portfolio performance on pre-determined financial and social metrics, compliance with loan covenants, risk rating and any material adverse changes. For each loan, prepare a 2-4 page narrative analysis (based on an existing template) of the loan’s current status. For each portfolio of loans, update the portfolio dashboard.
