Licensing and Royalty financials

Have an existing financial model that needs some minor modification/moving dates and adding in an expense to flow through the model.

Rework the financial projections to account for the 5% royalty rate to a licensing partner and the balance (95%) to our company. Account for the $1M upfront payment in year 1. another $1.150M in Year 2.

I would project a commercial launch to begin 30 months from time of our first round of funding - use 30 months from Sept 1, 2019. I otherwise want to stick with our current projections of on sales in U.S. and EU as they currently are.

I'll provide the current model you would use and just need to add the above mentioned items and make sure the logic, formulas, etc. flow all the way through the spreadsheet including charts/graphs. Also, be able to make this editable.
