Support the evaluation of strategic options for Stratex, a Project Management Training company based in Alexandria, VA. Work needs to be completed by the end of Nov. & involves evaluation and business planning. Key elements include
1. Framing the strategic options, working in partnership with Stratex leadership
2. Conducting a small amount of market analysis to validate any assumptions we are making
3. Running the economic models behind our possible options, including framing the major choices and cost buckets, Focus of this effort is on growing EBITDA likely on a smaller revenue base; EBITDA impact is critical.
5. Telling the story in a way that makes it possible for us to make decisions.
Ideal candidate has 2-6 years investment banking or strategy consulting experience from top-tier firm. Requires full-time commitment for 6-8 weeks. Travel/lodging will be covered by client. Comp likely to be day rate of ~$1000/day.
