IRR model for a private equity fund focusing on intellectual property in music, film, TV (and possibly sports). I will provide data and assumptions and then will work with you to complete a dynamic IRR model that can reflect changing assumptions, scenarios (best, worst), etc.
I would prefer to work with someone in person as opposed to remote but remain open to all options.
