Investment Memo for Middle Eastern Digital Bank

-Looking for a consultant to review a digital bank that is proposed to being setup in a middle-eastern country.
-The consultant will reach out to the project sponsors, secure access to and review their data room, have discussions with them on the offering and analyze their assumptions and finalize a detailed investment memo to be presented to the prospective investor.
-The consultant will produce a detailed investment memo covering topics, but not limited to: executive summary, sectoral environment and outlook, local market and opportunity, analyzing investment strategy and value creation of the project sponsors, summarizing the principal terms, returns analysis and sensitivity analysis of financial and business model, overview of management team, investment highlights and risks, conclusions and recommendations. The memo should also include benchmark with international peers as well as comparison with local/regional banking industry.
-The consultant will present the memo to the prospective investor and discuss the findings and incorporate the feedback from the prospective investor to deliver a final report.
