I run a boutique consultancy and I'm working a potential deal with a Trade association that is considering selling off part of it's business to an operating partner.
I need a former Associate or Vice President level Investment Banker who run deal comps, sector specific competitive structures, financial modeling and valuation, PowerPoint presentation. Ideal banker will have experience in the B2B media industry.
The board presentation for this will March.4th so we I need someone who can begin work as early as this weekend.
